Does Susie live with Alphys? This is Alphys' apartment building, after you leave the church in Chapter 4, Susie tells Kris "Let's go home", if you come here, she then says "Let's go to your house"

I'm wondering if Susie is in foster care, and Alphys is currently her guardian
