17:30 this year. Long term idk

Got a 10k race in 2 weeks. Goal is sub 38 (current pb is 38:0X), ideally even sub 37:30.
My current main focus is sub 3h marathon in October. When I hit that target I will likely focus on shorter distances because running fast is more fun than running long (at least for me). Maybe then sub 17 or even sub 16 will become achievable.
