Rn @ ~210lbs. I bench 130kg (286lbs) as 1rm and look dyel as fuck. I don't have a six pack and I'm not shredded like a dry raisin, but I'd say I'm far from fat.
You are probably really short if you have this warped perception of weight. If you are 5ft6, 195lbs will be fat kek.
