I was out of anime and manga for a couple years. In the last 2-3 I got back into it and thoroughly enjoyed Dungeon Meshi for fantasy, Golden Kamuy for adventure and Bokuyaba for romance.
LoGH is probably the universal /pol/ anime though.

It's either an arc or two to completion or it'll go on until the author gets bored/axed. They're already dating and have gone further than 99% of manga couples have so I don't think there's much more to be done without feeling forced. We're also at the point where the passage of time comes up, which is an endgame thing to do.
