Two Ground Gundam's move to guard the primary Command Center of Jaburo, both of them already damaged from the battle on the surface. Dashing towards two machines at blinding speed, Ramba's Efreet Kai unleashes a salvo of leg grenades, heavily damaging the two Gundam-types as Visch and his team enter to finish them off. Landing atop the commander center, Ramba aims his heat swords downward.

>Ramba: Federation Command, this is your only chance to surrender. Call for an immediate cease fire, or we will completely destroy this facility.
>Revil: Ah, the Blue Giant of Zeon...we will not surrender willingly.
>Gopp: What?! Revil, I don't want to-
>Revil: Have some self respect! I repeat, we will not surrender willingly.
>Ramba:...If that is your decision. Godspeed, General Revil.

Just as Ramba prepares to strike the Command Center, Gopp issues an emergency stand down order to all Federation troops against Revil's wishes.

>Revil: Gopp, you-
>Gopp: I could care less about your honor or sentimentality about warfare! Its over!

While a few scattered stragglers at Jaburo still choose to fight to the death, the Federation's remaining troops are left battered and completely crestfallen as the surrender order is given. Unable to fight any further, the Federation's leadership at Jaburo agree to a full ceasefire...
