It would be catastrophic for nearly the whole planet. Even for China. Ironically, killshotting the US Navy is somewhat of a mass suicide pill. You'd have to restart whole economic systems. And the GULF Arab state monarchical dictators would likely all be given the Gaddafi treatment by their peasant subjects.
