I would make a Pokémon game that’s central theme is centered around racism and race realism. It would have a setting similar to PMD where everyone is a Pokémon and they can speak and what not. Different types of Pokemon would display certain racial characteristics that leads to them building different types of societies and cultures, which these differences would also be the source of many of the worlds conflicts. The kingdoms and armies with more diverse populations would have a more adaptable and stronger military but at the cost of having a more unruly divided and dysfunctional society. The more homogenous societies would be more peaceful and just but have less impact in the world due to their limited capabilities.
I would say that type of setting could be rated M, depending on how dark you want to make the central conflicts of that world, though realistically it would be rated T.
