Like this is a screenshot from the original, it's a social link rank which involves you sneaking out at lunch to take a train to a nearby city and then make it before the schoolday ends, this city frequently shows up in social links and hangouts. How do sol events which take place in Inaba for golden somehow take away from the small town vibe when the original already does that over and over.
