I was in a similar situation as you
13 months ago I had a dream that I thought to myself that it would make an amazing game idea, but I only started working my way to that idea just 2 months ago (learning Blender, godot, UE), and I've been actively coming to these threads since february
and what's worse is that I've come up with at least 5 more game ideas since I've had that dream 13 months ago, and I NEED to see all those game ideas become a reality
I'm 28 right now and I'm hoping that each of my games will only take at least 3 years of development (it won't lol I know) so it will take 15 years for me to finish all of those projects, and I will be in my goddamn 40s when that comes
I regret not starting so much sooner, you just have to start NOW anon! before it's too late!
