Well, not really.... he was shown being alive together the other FM-ians in the final 10 seconds of the second season, maybe as a setup for a possible Star Force 3 anime. But he was basically dead for the entire second season outside the very few last seconds.
By the way, I like that artist. He's always making porn of whatever kids anime is airing at the moment, unfortunately, this means he didn't get to draw much that much Megaman Star Force since it was short-lived. Still a good artist for other franchises.
