I have a question for you guys. Would it be better to take the Mandate early for the free cores on China or to stay as a horde as long as possible to be able to raze all of China. I have 15 CCR in my traditions and I took eco ideas to grab eco + horde for the raze power gain so it would kind of fuck up my build to switch now. What would you do in this situation?
