> The guy the farthest back is Jeff Mace / Patriot. He took over being Cap next and then retired in the early 50s. He had a great mini series Captain America - Patriot (2010).
> The nazi guy is William Burnside / The Grand Director. He was Cap during the rest of the 50s fighting communist. He had a defective version of the SS serum and it made him slowly go crazy, he was brainwashed into being a KKK leader at one point hence that outfit.
> Plainclothes guy is Roscoe Simons who was very briefly Cap while Steve was in his Nomad phase. Red Skull killed him inspiring Steve to take back the mantle.
> Last pictured is John Walker in his Super Patriot guise prior to becoming US Agent.
> Later Bucky would be Cap while Steve was dead after Civil War (Steve returned to being Cap when Bucky appeared to be killed during the event Fear Itself)
