Thinking of painting a weirdboy with the recesses in the skin being fluorescent green, but not sure how to go about doing it. Would it be easier just to paint the skin tones first, then varnish, followed by using an oil white paint diluted to an ink consistency to run through all of the recesses, and using the AK flouro green wargame pigment over the top of it?
