And no one should give a fuck
So they signed a guy so fucking useless and toxic that his former team paid him 90% of his contract to just go away because the literal nothing they got in return was more valuable than he was, and a guy who is a running joke for constantly failing in the clutch, laying like a bitch, and who also happens to be 5,000 years old. These are decisions driven entirely by name recognition that have absolutely fuck-all to do with actual productivity or potential, because there is no potential.
The Clippers are a fucking joke and an unserious franchise. We regard them accordingly

If your team sucks and you have no expectations of your starters playing heavy minutes, then sure. For any actual competent team, though? Fuck no. He averaged 28 minutes per game and a triple single last year and that's with copious amounts of garbage time.
He's completely done as an impact player but will shamefully cling to whatever life raft offer some desperate team is willing to make because he's trying to pad his stats, cash a few final checks and in theory find someone to carry him to a ring. So of course he's talking to the Suns and Clippers, lol. Any team that thinks 567 year old Piss Paul is actually making a difference to their team because of "veteran leadership" or whatever bullshit deserves the disappointment they will inevitably recieve.
Chris Paul will never win a ring. Chris Paul must never win a ring.
