I kinda dig this one, I'm a sucker for that shadow gimmick. If we were seeing the cross from above a bit more I think the axe would be more readable. Sketchy pic related.
Covering the title does not work. "and" looks out of place - keep the smaller size, but use caps. Serif font looks good imo.
