I tried to learn many languages, but the ones that just instantly filtered me were the ones with different alphabets. Greek and Japanese.
I'm almost fluent in English and can remember some German, but Greek, nope. Totally stumped. If I wrote it down, maybe I could, but learning a language and an alphabet is too much for me.

Then again, it's incredibly hard to learn a language when you're not exposed to it. When I discovered Internet, suddenly my English spiked real quick. Before that, I only used English to read video games demos.
