Rika and Satoko treat each other very differently in Higurashi than Bern and Lambda do in Umineko. The point of Sotsu in Ryukishi's dementia ridden mind was to forcibly bridge the gap. You keep holding up this one line from the drama as, what? Proof that your ship is sailing? I'm explaining to you it's a poor attempt to transform Satoko into Lambda, especially the "eternal" part.

Lambda acts nothing like Satoko(sotsu). She might resemble original Satoko, but she has nothing to do with that insane friend murderer in sotsu.
Rika throws off the Bernkastel name for a reason herself. So the whole thing is built on a flawed premise. That Rei Rika never happened.
