Probably San Jose for the largest base of Viet. Next largest base is probably the Little Saigon area in California or Houston. If you're not picky about what kind of Asian, probably any large city along the West Coast, specifically California is the best bet. Catch is, housing prices are insane, but I think every mildly desirable location in the west is fucked for that.
