They always move in couples. Usually a foreign looking white guy (I'll assume American) accompanied by a local guy or some other white American dude. They carry a book (I'll assume it's a Bible or some sort of religious book) and they dress pretty clean, fresh haircuts, nice shoes, etc.

What's the deal with these guys?
Who sent them here? What's their goal?
