Whats the point of life

I had intentions I'm going to convention this weekend but my best friend bailed out last minute. Not the odds of me showing up a pretty slim.

Why? Probably cuz I just don't see the point of getting up early driving to a place and being there alone for several hours and then just going home.

I mean I could make friends but on awkward middle-aged man the fuck am I supposed to do. I just wish I had people to do things with so I wouldn't just be working all the time and have a reason to leave the fucking house.

It wouldn't even have to be a call and it would just have to be something that would be fun to do that was distract me from my shitty life
