Virtue signaling?

It was obvious that they would just sell more oil to other countries, maintaining their financial situation secure and stable, while Europe shoots itself in the knee.

Is it incompetence? Or is someone else pulling the strings? Someone, who uses any available excuse to sabotage white countries in any means possible?
