I thnk it's worth the money just for the 11 chests and 125 mythic essence, as well as the guaranteed skins (Project Lucian, Frost xreal and Fae Dragon Ashe), that will earn you a lot of orange essence too. The Vayne skin is also nice, as well. The autoattack sound is... fierce.
Maybe we'll get some blue stuff if they decide to do a Freljord pass at some point... Demacia could be it as well, but they hate Demacia.
