I dont want to even publicly write this, but it almost feels like every time I try and work really hard at my job, really hard to advance myself, work towards a promotion with a n economic improvement inn my American tax cattle wageSlave Cast/Station, improve errors at the company, repair broken things at my position and departments, I get marauded by management as if I am trying to upstage them, or fixing broken shit makes them look bad because they do not care.

What is my solution, just act like a dumb retard at every job so my management does not feel threatened or upstaged in any way? It's like being in China where the party gets offended if you come up with a new idea so you get gulaged.
I have been economically gulaged by this garbage can pile of shit economic system of "Capitalism" (It's not even fucking capitalism god damnit mother fuckers).
