I've not built for debuffs myself yet, only really taken them as filler with leftover points
I have considered doing it for the spots i'm struggling to fill, just stick a jobber in there to harrass

I did a Nati run earlier, she made it to Med3 spot, but again, didn't lean debuffs, just Late build so I wasn't overlapping any strategies. She's only had a couple of outings so far
