You retard, they dismantled the Weimar constitution practically overnight after the Reichstag Fire. Within a year of seizing power, Hitler was able to order the extermination of the leadership of the SA, Conservatives who opposed him (including one of the former Chancellors, along with his wife), and whatever Communists/Socdems who hadn't been thrown in concentration camps yet and completely got away with it.
Rule of law was, for all intents and purposes, dead in Germany by 1934.
