It actually boggles my mind when I think about the history of its progress over the years, and how maps have been played BILLIONS of times until they've been fine tuned to absolute perfection. It's like the platonic ideal of map design manifested into reality. Additionally, all the cool people from TF2 moved to CS.

One of the most insane free market simulators around. The orb system is so incredibly genius and the degree of modularity is absolutely insane. I don't know how PoE2 is gunna ultimately shake out, but it addresses PoE1's biggest issues, that being endgame now being relegated to headhunter>mageblood, then healing your full hp bar every game tic, but outside tippy top endgame its an incredibly unique game that absolutely dwarfs its predecessors in scope.

Everyone should clear pinnacles in PoE1 at least once, nothing even comes close to how insane it is. Your gaming experience is incomplete if you haven't done this.
