How do you guys decide on what outfit/clothes your chuuba design has? I have a rough idea of what colour I want to be and like some facial features and like what I want to aim for (vibe, build etc) but have got no clue when it comes to deciding on what clothes would work with what I want to do.

Do I just submit my idea to a character designer and pray they can come up with something solid?
