Right now it's 14 with the 15th one currently rendering. They're just the standard vod but I pasted them stream together since bad habits in stream crashing. How do you guys decide on what outfit/clothes your chuuba design has? I have a rough idea of what colour I want to be and like some facial features and like what I want to aim for (vibe, build etc) but have got no clue when it comes to deciding on what clothes would work with what I want to do.

Pinterest and similar sites are fine when you're just window shopping. Its worth building a folder of just things you like that may be worth integrating into a larger design. I have a whole binder of video game characters, anime characters, real life models, clothing and outfits without characters, poses, etc. The more material you gather together that you like the easier a designer will be able to combine those things into a final design. Designing a vtuber persona is similar to designing any other character. You start with a concept. You give that concept a body type and shape. You put clothes onto that shape and then accessorize. Expressions and such can flesh out personality. The only distinction is that since you intend to use the design yourself the final product should reflect yourself in as many ways as possible so that when you use the model and design it feels authentic to you. There can be slight differences and not be a huge deal because your original design will mould around you unless the difference is massive.

Most people have left or gone full incognito. Lots of the newer gens don't know how to mesh with each other and the older gen crabs became schizos along with some long time schizos from here and wvt. I dislike the focus on "networking" and find it's most often used by people who've never had a real job where you actually do network before. Most vtubers just use it as flowery language to excuse themselves for using people.

Some viewers of mine have expressed interest in me doing Just Chatting streams but I am concerned that I won't have enough audience interaction to create a dynamic and worthwhile experience to view. Navigating online friendships are difficult but think of it this way- even IRL friends don't hang out everyday or talk everyday. Especially as adults, we're all busy. We're also all content creators. There will be friends who take offense to not talking everyday but there are others who don't mind the random messages here and there.

instagram is kind of a hard platform to get noticed on, but i have seen vtubers do it before. you basically need a daily stream of shitposts, shitpost reels, clip reels, and relatable memes with your chuuba, if your stuff isn't being shared it's dead in the algo. i don't have the patience to grow an instagram account so i haven't done it personally yet, but i've even seen an account that posts fgc memes, normal memes, and stolen posts from twitter get views when they debuted as a vtuber (babiniku) because they just had a community that liked them. the fgc buff could have contributed to that though.

I've been thinking lately about adding something complementary to my avatar. Being a simple, hyper realistic pig is fine and dandy, but I think I still need something else to make myself different enough for brand recognition later on.

As for the suggestions, I have some fence variations of the png, but I never use them because I always have the pig sitting on a gaming chair. Maybe if I will use them again if I do any other kind of content other than gaming.
