Not a woman, but I have epilepsy and wouldn't want anyone to be turned off by the seizure itself (which are rare to nonexistent if you have a good doc and the right meds).
It's actually surprisingly easy to handle. You can just let the thing play out while making sure they're not ramming their head into anything or use a nasal spray to sedate her partially if she has a prescription. DO NOT shove your hands in her mouth while it's happening, though. It doesn't help.
