Rogue City ended up annoying me

That said, I was pleasantly surprised, amazed even that it was a fucking RPG. And I don't just mean because it has levels and EXP. You can literally spend less than half the game shooting. You can hand out parking tickets, solve murder mysteries and give people lifestyle counseling, and you get that nice little ending montage that specifically reflects who you helped and what you did.
