Pretty awesome Robo game that they clearly made with like $200 as a budget. It doesnt really do anything new but its a pretty good time if you just wanna hand out parking tickets and blast loads of bad guys as a walking tank. I really didnt expect Cain at the end. It really delivers on everything you'd like from the movies. The jank characters actually grew on me a bit towards the end.

That said, I was pleasantly surprised, amazed even that it was a fucking RPG. And I don't just mean because it has levels and EXP. You can literally spend less than half the game shooting. You can hand out parking tickets, solve murder mysteries and give people lifestyle counseling, and you get that nice little ending montage that specifically reflects who you helped and what you did.

Two things stuck with me as actually feeling like they added to the canon. The first act villain being The Prodigy (and the running gag that his song's playing everywhere and scumbags like it while everybody else hates it) and OCP finally figuring out that they might have accidentally invented immortality with Robocop and that might be more valuable than just making a fancy bulletproof dude. So Rebellion have owned all the 2000AD properties since about 2000, mostly just due to the CEO being a big fanboy of the anthology, as such Rebellion is very precocious of those IP.
They are doing a Rogue Trooper Film that is coming out at some point, but I think that will flop
I'll upload an interview he did about buying out 2000AD from the previous owners

RoboCop 1 is a certified classic.
RoboCop 2 is a divisive sequel that mainly gets lambasted because it wasn't as flawless as 1.
3 is just trash and should never be entertained.
