Not going along with meme whatever, it just felt odd to me that she’s been trapped for 40 years in a goddamn time loop and the only time she ever had a chance and someone that is a peer that can also recall routes, she’s an annoying tsundere about it. And the stupid servant thing too. She killed an entire timeline to hear him say he loves her. She certainly didn’t act like it in the one route they get to spend the entire time together!

Her only being able to be honest when there’s no hope is actually a negative for me, I dislike that. I would think someone seeing a one in a million chance would appreciate it. That doesn’t mean she has to be submissive to Takumi either, but just more like Sigma and Phi of being equals dealing with a situation.

In the past I saw someone compare her to Senjogahara, and I don’t think that’s accurate. Because for the readers and protagonist we get to see from the first book that she truly loves the protagonist. And even though she goes on to not show it, we at least get to know how she feels because she was open about it at the start so no matter how abusive she is afterwards we at least get to rest easy knowing she’s truly in love with the protagonist. Hiruko didn’t do that. She didn’t let Takumi in on that, which is weird it’s like her and Takumi pretend the goodbye kiss didn’t happen in the route >:(. If she’d done that at the beginning of SF and been honest with her romantic feelings I really would’ve been fine with how she acted throughout the whole thing.

I never got any brainwashing implications myself from SF, but I only did the All 17 route so maybe there’s something else I didn’t see or I just didn’t notice. SF disappointed me just for not liking Hiruko in it and how she treated Takumi after everything they went through to get to that point and also they both remember slasher and the kiss. Felt like it would’ve been nicer if they were just normal with each other rather than her constantly pushing the servant thing, like how Sigma and Phi lock in and get serious when solving problems together involving the time shenanigans. I did like the ending though I teared up with everyone celebrating in the pod

Actually I really dislike the Hiruko dom stuff I wanted her to treat Takumi like an equal in SF and not just be a bitch to him the whole time. Femdom just pisses me off so she didn’t do it for me but I was looking forward to SF after really liking her in Slasher which had that to a minimum and the sweet scenes with her were great. Very let down from the Takumi Hiruko content in SF
