Oh I worded that quite poorly
I meant that at the third abyss after you defeat the gwo the door to the main Harken at Floor 10 is unlocked
Since there's no other Harken near it you would need to go to the Floor 9 one, drop to Floor 8 and proceed back to Floor 9 so then you could make your way to Floor 10
I noticed that instead of all that you can just go to the Fortress Gate and enter through the entrance in the middle of Floor 8
