If cheap blasting is your goal, assemble some ar-9 that uses glock mags. The Vector is expensive and has only one frt design, so cheap blasting is out the window.
If effective short weapon going fast is your goal, then pistol calibers are already a non-starter. Read /arg/'s pasty and make an sbr in 5.56
