The Herta is Herta so not really a new character in a sense, and she has a lot of lore especially if you do the sim universe stuff, she is very much a shut-in and awkward to deal with, they personalized her very well in the valentine's web event where other characters sang your praises to high heavens for the chocolate you gifted them and her response was this.

I tried it but I couldn't reverse Y-axis controls on controller, the only game I have ever seen to not allow this...when even early PS1 titles let you.
