As far as moral of the story goes, old ghost man flatly states it, which is nice for once, but I'm not quite sure it was fully needed? Like I could actually see what was going on, but at the same time, was it a miracle? The staff shards passing the Obiwan-save-me-you-are-my-only-hope message was there, and the cats bringing the freshly picked fruits might have been the real miracle? All the ingredients ended up being corrupted, so wouldn't the fruits as well. One of those moments were being an adult is a bit of a detriment.
