Here, let me help you. An obsessive villain who didn't want to take over the world or need some "broken powers" to be genuinely threatening.
All it took was his own show not treating him like a total moron and a joke, him actually being smart (muh intelligence = magic meme is vastly preferable to "the villain is totally intelligent even though nothing he does in the show remotely shows that"), efficient, more actively evil, played by an actor who actually can pull off being intimidating or charismatic and not written by a feminist jew writer with a chip on her shoulder.
So basically being a good villain and not a modern-day joke of a "villain" for the sake of a writer revenge porn.
