Essentially you and two other players have all possible wargear equipped. The game/engine just turns off their visuals so you're left with cosmetics you picked in the UI. In reality though everything is still equipped only it's invisible. It's probably one of the reasons the game's performance is tanking so hard with each update since you have more shit on your model.
