I doubt it. Kyle’s peak was put at the Godsphere and to some portion of the LE but Kyle couldn’t fully tap into its full potential because of his own inherent risks with using it’s entirety, which DB has stated would actually be his ace in the hole against Simon. Zatanna was scaled to “all of creation” so she’d be even more powerful than Kyle, or at least comparable to Kyle’s potential if he used the full force of the LE.
