There's no guessing. center Explosion alone shoots up Citadel's DPS to 22k (max attack talents) which is on par with Dasli. Then you factor in shit like Explosion Soulstrike + KB, Citadel's having higher HP/KB Count/standing Range than Dasli and the 150% strengthen that shoots it up to 33k DPS.
It'd be really funny if we got a zombie Sage based on Oppenheimer down the line
