That's exactly the thing. Clubs where the students evidently get along are the best because you can remove the club and they'll still hang out and do things together because that's what friends do. I can't imagine anyone on the Prefect team spending time together outside of their club duties. Ako is obsessed with Hina but Hina probably wouldn't want to deal with her shit off hours.
