What do you mean by "kanji", "kana" and "combination"?
If you define kanji as Chinese characters imported to the Japanese language, it's obvious no kanji has kana in it since the Chinese language doesn't have kana.
On the other hand, kana have derived from kanji, and katakana were often invented by taking a part of a kanji. For example イ is the radical of 伊 . In this sense, it can be said there are several kanji in Japanese which could be seen to comprise of katakana, like
>外=タ+ト
>左=ナ+エ
>空=ウ+ハ+エ
if we can ignore that the kanji has nothing to do with its "components".

Besides, though it's becoming more and more outdated with writing kanji by hand being more and more unnecessary, some complicated kanji are or used to be written with odd ways with the radical and kana for its pronunciation because of laziness of Japanese people.
For example,
>广 + マ is used instead of complex 魔.
>言 + ギ is used instead of complex 議.
