It can for many of them, but there's a few verbs will confuse you since it's not a hard rule. Like 逃げる is intransitive. 逃がす is too different so maybe we can't really call it a "pair".

Windows10が開放された頃にパソコンが悪すぎてLinuxを組み込んだ。最初は難しくて面倒臭いけどLinux Mint(Cinnamon)はWindows 7に似合ってるから早く使い方に慣れれた。

Flashcards are good for getting into immersion. Immersion is good for building intuition and understanding of the language.
Immersing thousands of hours will help your ability to speak and write, but in the end you still have to practice both writing and speaking to get good at writing and speaking.
My regimen is just watch a ton, write every now and then to not completely neglect output, and I'll probably just get a tutor to practice speaking with and getting good advice on natural language later before I continue on with just talking to Japanese strangers (or new friends) in Japanese. I'd like to get through the most awkward phases with a speaking tutor though so no 日本人 have to listen to me butcher everything until it becomes half understandable.

I've experienced the exact same thing, anon (well, in some way, assuming you mean that you can really only do input well but not output), I've been spending years and years doing vocab cards on Anki without really FORCING myself to actually do things in Japanese all that much. What made that change was recently starting to watch a lot of anime with Japanese subs or no subs at all and using sentence cards (and it actually feels like everything is sticking), just after a long period without studying. I feel like I doubled or tripled my Japanese level within a month and goals like being fluent or reading just as fast as my native language aren't so far away now.

How many different anime/manga/VNs have you consumed, exclusively in Japanese, so far? Maybe this might be the thing you need.
I see a lot of other anons talking a lot about how their Anki is X or Y, but lately I don't see any anons asking actual questions about a certain structure they've seen during immersion...

This is what I've been doing from the beginning though and yet I can't think in Japanese. I met a Japanese person for the first time at an anime convention last year (my first ever) and I just couldn't say anything to her and it sucked so much.

About 400 shows, although I don't know how many of them were before I learned Japanese, some manga, some games, some whatever shit that I'm reading and a bunch of RTK cards which I add to my learning que as I see fit.. Some VNs in there as well, it's pretty random. I'd like to start another visual novel since it could actually force me to get more consistent.
I have some 2500 cards in my mining deck, which are cards I made myself from media and I've deleted a bunch of them over the years to save time.

That's really surprising to me.
It's not that easy to say a given verb is NOT a 敬語 since dictionaries usually doesn't mention it when the verb in question isn't (regarded as) a 敬語.

The table I attached is not an authoritative source, but it classifies "与える" as belonging to the same category as "言う" or "食べる", under the column named "基本語", in contrast to "尊敬語", "謙譲語", and "丁寧語" groups.

What do you mean by "kanji", "kana" and "combination"?
If you define kanji as Chinese characters imported to the Japanese language, it's obvious no kanji has kana in it since the Chinese language doesn't have kana.
On the other hand, kana have derived from kanji, and katakana were often invented by taking a part of a kanji. For example イ is the radical of 伊 . In this sense, it can be said there are several kanji in Japanese which could be seen to comprise of katakana, like

if we can ignore that the kanji has nothing to do with its "components".
