Why the fuck would you vote to continue, then BOTH FUCKING QUIT.
Anyway, fuck this mode, fuck this game, and fuck these outdated design choices, I should be able to continue from wave 20 from now on instead of having to do another 1-2 hours just to get to this point. I finished to wave 20 and quit and I wont be returning. It took me two hours to get to this point and I have no desire to go do this again and again with hopeless fuckwits just to never reach 25. Didn't even get a single person to join the game, because of course fucking not, their shitty servers can't handle the concept of replacing players as they quit.

Anyway here is my hot tip, never go to where the wave start is, go to the opposite side of the map, it funnels everything and makes its easier rather than getting surrounded by these trash spawns.
