venat is one of the most selfish fuckers in the game, alongside hermes and emet and the game repeatedly says this. The devs even made the omega sidequest to explain to people what hermes is as a character.
So what are you so mad about with the story? that your party (that exists literally because of venat) is siding with venat, that is trying to avoid total annihilation like all the other civilizations meteion found?
