They made her ugly and stupid then we had a tour of the dumbest cultures and a dumbest scooby doo saturday morning cartoon MSQ. Finally, we had a series of dungeons and trials that were obviously overtuned and haphazedly mixed in. A lot of the mechanics were way harder and gimmicky. Some of it seemed to be jigsawed in as if they were meant for other content but they needed to reach a deadline so shipped it.

Calyx and Preservation might be related to the Ascian plot, but quickly became their own thing/cut ties with them. The interdimensional key is 99% something Azem created to find a solution to the Final Days, but it's unclear how it's supposed to work.

They tried to do that with the cave full of dead babies (one of the few good parts of the expansion) and a few details hidden in tribal quests dialogues (a tour guide tells the story of the river in Kozama'uka, how it was born out of the discarded limbs of bird people killed by the bloodthirsty giants). The sundered suffered multiple calamities and got back up.

Being born with the power to weave Aether around its a cool start, but eventually humanity can bypass those innate differences and even surpass the Ancients in many areas.
They will get those wings. Perhaps not the exact same, but they will get them. And once that happens, then what? Because one of the things Elidibus made perfectly clear in Shadowbringers, is that humans forget shit quite quickly. The memory of WoL will eventually fade, and all that will be left is a very advanced civilization who like the Ancients, the Omega race, the Ra-la people, etc, etc... will want to reach "Paradise".

Criterion is great even if it's not what the playerbase wanted. They should remove the (savage) mode, replaced with just a no-death achievement. And probably add a middle difficulty between variant and criterion.

OC is actually good, the phantom job system is better than having consumable actions that everyone just hoards. The map is good and there's reason to explore all of it throughout your time there. My only problem with OC is how fast the fates and CEs spawn.

This game would have been better off if they closed it after 6.0 and made a new one with a less trashy engine. Im unironically at a point where the mainreason I lost interest was only partially due to how hilariously bad Dawntrail war. It was mostly simply that Im getting tired of the same reused animations, effects and physics of the game. Hell, solution 9 was supposed to be some sick new area and a somewhat unique setting, yet all I saw where the same done to death assets. It doesnt help that the graphics """""""update""""""" was a big blunder too.

As you can tell by volker's history of namechanges, he might elude you for a bit. Last time he was called out on /v/, his haindariel account just up and disappeared for a while. Just very coincidentally like within a day of being exposed here. He also likes to change his name and face to avoid blocks and LARP as characters. Answersisters was him LARPing as Venat and being a belligerent cunt to people online in, I shit you not, a wild attempt to try and get people to hate Venat by proxy.
But the other ones seem to be fairly consistent in their account names.
Whichever disappear will always resurface somehow. Since they're almost always sucking each other's dicks in the comments, if one disappears, you can usually find them again by checking the replies of one of the others on the list.

dawntrail has been hit and miss moreso miss, they'd better improve for 8.0
