The original idea was for a 12 years boy that is being babysat to make him into a hot chick that would like to tease him. Part of the appeal is the idea that this one asshole used to be a bane for those younger than him, but now that he is a chick all the boys of the area have crushes on the 'cool older girl'.

So no actual nsfw, but you still has a boys fawning over the transformed character.

Another option I'm considering is his little sister doing the transformation, and it doesn't quite end up like how she wanted but her brother inists to keep it that way.
