What could this be? It's a hard lump smaller than a green pea above her shoulders / on her lower neck. It's irritated because she scratches it but apart from a scab and sometimes a bit of superficial pus when she opens it it doesn't seem to be fluid-filled. She's had it for some time now and it's not growing or causing her pain as far as I can tell.
