That's just a random estimate, hardly truthful to the real situation at all. A lot of moids nowadays live with the belief that every non fat woman must have the face off some tiktok or OF foid, the ugliest woman they can imagine might be some kind of mid girl they've seen on social media or somewhere they can vaguely remember irl. But there are plenty of women that are far uglier, simply never seen or noticed because they know not to show their face.
