Hunter Vigil campaign started out pretty well. The PCs took shelter in a house where a Ghost manifested after hearing the crying of a child. It brain-blasted three of the party to suffer PoV sensations of its grisly murder, and the PCs resolved to find the Slasher responsible and bring it to justice, hopefully putting the ghost to rest. Its Bans and Banes are that it must respond to the crying of a child, and that it cannot penetrate or move through a plastic surface (the bin bags her body is in).

They began their investigaiton with some reading on occult matters, while the other cellmembers did some more hands-on investigating. They learned the Slasher had a previous victim before the Ghost, and also rang up the Ghosts family to ask where her body was buried. There was no body to bury. With some clues assembled, they've reasoned that the Slasher is one of the towns binmen and must work in or near the town dump. All in all, I'm very excited to continue.
